Welcome to the Palmetto Fencers Club Website

Located on the Northeast side of Columbia, SC, the Palmetto Fencers club offers instruction and practice for beginners and experienced fencers.

Beginners Classes:

   Adult Beginners Classes - Next class starts June 2, 2009 - 7:30 PM

   Youth Beginner Classes -  Next class starts June 2, 2009 - 5:30 PM

Upcoming Events:

   Youth Competion Tournament - May 30 in Charleston.
We will be travelling to Charleston to compete with the East of the Cooper Fencing Club in a Youth Tournament.  We will have competition in Y-10, Y12, Y-14 and Cadet (U-17) events.

   Summer Fencing Camp - June 22 - 26
This beginner camp is for Youth (13 and under).  Held in the mornings, 9:00 - 12:00 at the Polo Road Park.  Call the park for details:  736 - 1657.

The Palmetto Fencers Club teaches Modern and Renaissance fencing styles.  Modern Fencing classes and practices feature Foil, Epee and Sabre styles, for beginner and experienced fencers.
